Our commitment
We want you to feel confident using Picshare. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work so there are no surprises.
1. Subscription payments
All subscription payments for the Pro and Agency plans are processed securely via Stripe. Once a payment is processed it is generally non-refundable, except in the cases outlined below.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
New Pro and Agency subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied. To request a refund within this window, email billing@picshare.io from your account email and include the reason. We will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Event Pass (one-time)
Event Pass purchases are non-refundable once the event upload window has been opened. If the upload window has not been opened, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error — duplicate charge, system error, or charge after a confirmed cancellation — email billing@picshare.io within 7 days. We will investigate and issue a correction if confirmed.
6. Media preservation
Cancelling or downgrading your plan does not delete your uploaded media. Your photos and videos remain accessible. Upload privileges and certain features may be restricted based on your active plan, but the memories you've already collected stay with your account.
